The HW-DM-16 beveling machine can automatically process a welding bevel width of 16 mm on steel plates with a thickness of less than 45 mm and a tensile strength of 40 kg/mm² at a speed of over 2 meters per minute. Depending on actual needs, it can be processed multiple times to achieve a bevel width of 28 mm. The bevel angle can be adjusted freely within the range of 25° to 45°. For small plate processing, the machine can be fixed, allowing the steel plate to move automatically. For large steel plates that are difficult to move manually, the steel plate can be placed on a platform or a simple support (customer-provided support height range: 660-680 mm), and the entire machine will move automatically without the need for manual pushing or holding.
